About Jayme

Since I was 13 years-old, supporting nonprofits has been a major part of my life. From organizing volunteer events to participating in fundraisers, I understood the vital role nonprofits play in our community.

Professional Background

With over 20 years of experience in nonprofit fundraising, I specialize in building sustainable fundraising programs with a focus on individual giving.

Most recently, as Chief Development Officer at Boys & Girls Clubs of King County, I led a thriving development team that increased fundraising by 40% over six years. In 2020, I was recognized as the Pacific Region Outstanding Development Professional by Boys & Girls Clubs of America.

My experience also includes leadership roles at Upaya Social Ventures, CityBridge Foundation, and Georgetown University where I designed and implemented comprehensive fundraising strategies.

I’ve called the Seattle area home for nearly 20 years. On the weekends you can find me cooking, cheering on a child at soccer or lacrosse game, cross country skiing, or soaking up gorgeous and elusive Seattle sunshine

Work with me

Above all, I believe fundraising should be joyful and rooted in meaningful relationships. I understand the challenges nonprofits face in growing and sustaining donor support. My approach is practical, strategic, and tailored to each organization’s unique needs, ensuring long-term fundraising success.
